At Tryab New Holland, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all customers purchasing tractors, e-bikes, equipment, and other machinery through our platform www.tryabnewholland.com.
Since our products involve vehicle registration, insurance, logistics & installation, the shipping process is different from regular ecommerce purchases.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India, with logistics availability depending on product type:

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery time begins after order confirmation, documentation, and payment clearance.

Delivery timelines may vary due to RTO processing, customization, location, weather, and logistics availability.


🧾 3. Pre-Delivery Documentation (for Vehicles & Farm Machinery)

Before dispatch, customers must complete mandatory documentation (as applicable):

  • KYC: Aadhaar + PAN

  • Address Proof

  • State RTO Requirements for tractors/vehicles

  • Insurance Documents (if opted)

  • Financing/Loan Documents (if purchased via EMI/NBFC)

Tryab New Holland will guide you on the required documents during order processing.


🚛 4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shipping cost varies by location and product weight/size.

  • Delivery charges will be clearly mentioned on the Proforma Invoice before confirmation.

  • Free Delivery offers may apply during promotions.


🏡 5. Delivery Method

We use authorized logistics partners, company transport, or verified transporters depending on location & product:

  • Road Transport via Trailer/Truck

  • Crate-packed vehicle transport

  • Fully-assembled or semi-assembled dispatch (depending on model)

For e-bikes, delivery may be:

    • Doorstep Delivery, or

    • Pickup from Nearest Delivery Hub/Dealer


    ⚙️ 6. Installation, Assembly & Demo

    • E-Bikes: Delivered 95% assembled. Minor fittings done at delivery or via a technician.

    • Tractors & Machinery: Includes basic installation + on-site demonstration if available in your area.

    • Certain locations may require a demo request booking within 3–7 days of delivery.


    📦 7. Inspection at Delivery (Important)

    Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery for:

    ✔ Condition of vehicle
    ✔ Physical damages
    ✔ Missing parts/accessories

    In case of concerns, note them on the delivery receipt & inform us within 24 hours with images/video.


    🏁 8. Registration & Insurance (For Vehicles)

    • RTO registration, road tax & insurance costs are not included in product price unless mentioned.

    • Customer may handle registration independently or request support from our team at additional charges.


    9. Delays Beyond Control

    Delays may occur due to:

    • RTO process & documentation

    • Natural calamities, strikes, transport restrictions

    • Route/permit issues for certain states

    Tryab New Holland will keep you informed and expedite wherever possible.


    🔄 10. Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Regarding Shipping

    Since these are high-value and customized items, returns are limited:

    • Orders cancelled before dispatch: Subject to cancellation & processing fee

    • Orders cancelled after dispatch: Logistics + handling fee will apply

    • Replacements only for manufacturing defects, not transport damage caused after acceptance
